Felrin boarded the boat that led to the Human city known as Stormwind, sitting atop the top deck to look out with his trusted nightsaber by his side. As the boat slowly began to drift off to sea Felrin's thoughts filled with what drove him to go out to this new land in search of a way to regain what he lost. The farther the boat went, he continued to drift further into the past, remembering his time spent in the forests of Teldrassil, honing his knowledge of the land around him and studying the anatomy of the beasts that surrounded the place he temporarily called home.
Felrin had been mostly a loner Night Elf, he would rather be within the forests of Teledrassil than one of the major cities such as Stormwind or Darnassus. He was raised to know more about the land than how muh he knew people, his whole life was spent between Shadowglen and Teldrassil, with ocassional stints in Ashwood and a very short stay in Desolace. He was used to many different environments but thrived within a forest, where he could build his own base inside a tree where he could keep watch over his surroundings and see how his environment changed around him.
He remembered a time when he thought to venture into a cave that was filled with weblurker spiderlings, in search of one of their eggs, he was going to use to lure a creature he'd been hunting for weeks out of hiding. As he ventured further into the cave, the spiders seemed to climb literally out of the walls because no matter how many he battled more were always in his way wherever he turned, twisting through the caverns he came to an opening on a platform which stood around 10-15 feet off of the ground. On this platform was 4 of the babys along with the queen, standing guard over her eggs. Through the next 10 minutes he proceeded to clear the spiderlings out leaving just him and the queen. The beast finally fell with one last shot into the skull, Felrin running and grabbing the egg before he could be surrounded by anymore of the spiders.
Two weeks after that endeavour he was on his way to Darnassus, when along the trail a nightsaber attacked him, as it clawed towards his knees he helds his hands out in a non-aggresive manner as if to show that he was not a threat, after a few more fell swipes of his claws the nightsaber backed off, snarling and growling before Felrin reached into his pack and threw a piece of strigid screecher meat at it, letting it finish bone and all before tossing it another. As the nightsaber ate Felrin began walking off but the nightsaber stayed, walking by his side, even defending him once a group of Gnarlpine attacked him while camping overnight on the way. Since then the two of them have been together, and probably will be from then on.
The boat swung and tossed Felrin out of his daydream, having realized he reached the shores of Stormwind he stepped off the boat, taking a deep breath of the habour air and listening to the hustle and bustle of the jam packed city of Stormwind, he sighed and headed up the pier towards the steps with his nightsaber by his side, now on his way to the land known as Westfall, where he heard there was a mine filled with bandits that needed to be cleared because they'd been causing trouble for the settlers there.
